Steadfast Software LLC is a Florida limited liability company (filed April 2026), principal address 20331 NW 2nd St, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029. Sole member: Michael Stettner. We sell two Windows software products: CastForge and Indestructible Update Engine.
The marketing site is static. We do not run server-side analytics, we do not embed third-party trackers, and we do not set cookies. The only personal information we ever receive from the website is what you voluntarily submit through the contact form:
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us via Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards the message to our internal mailbox. We do not use a third-party customer-support processor (no Zendesk, Intercom, HubSpot, etc.). The message lives only in our email inbox.
Neither CastForge nor Indestructible Update Engine collects analytics, usage telemetry, crash reports, or behavioral data. Both products communicate with the public internet only for the specific operational reasons listed below:

When CastForge activates a license, it transmits two pieces of information to our Cloudflare Worker:
We store this data encrypted at rest. It is used solely to verify that a license is being used legitimately. We never share, sell, or rent license or fingerprint data.
The marketing site does not use cookies. There is no login, no shopping cart, and no analytics provider, so there is nothing to set a cookie for.
Our products and website are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our contact form, email us at [email protected] and we will delete it.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you these rights explicitly, plus the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you are in the EU, UK, or EEA, the GDPR/UK GDPR gives you the same rights, plus the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our lawful basis for processing license data is contract performance; for contact-form messages it is legitimate interest in answering your question.

If we change this policy, we will update the Effective date at the top and post the new version at this URL. Material changes will be announced on the website’s home page for at least 30 days.
