About

Steadfast Software LLC is a small, independent studio based in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The tools shipped here have been in development for years — built first for personal use, hardened over time, and eventually polished enough that other people might actually want them.

The pitch is simple. Every tool here:

Standard Windows installer. Clean uninstall when you're done. No registry junk left behind.
Has zero telemetry. No analytics. No "anonymous usage data."
Doesn't try to upsell you to a higher tier mid-session.
Comes from someone who uses it himself, every day.

The name is the promise. Steadfast means we don't break under load, we don't disappear after launch, and we don't ship a v1.0 and pivot to a SaaS subscription six months later. Bugs get logged. Releases get tested through an automated gate system before they go out the door. When something breaks, the person who wrote the code is the person who fixes it — and the person who emails you back.

Common questions

Do you collect analytics or telemetry?: No. None of our tools phone home, ping a server on launch, or report usage. The executable does what you tell it to do and nothing else. If a future feature ever needs network access (e.g. checking for an update), it will be opt-in and clearly labeled.
How fast do you respond to support emails?: You're emailing the developer directly. Most replies go out within one business day, often the same day. There is no support tier, no ticket queue, and no chatbot in front of me.
What's your refund policy?: If a paid tool doesn't work the way the page says it works, we refund it. 30 days, first purchase, no questions. Email [email protected] with your order info.
Why three separate tools instead of one big suite?: They solve different problems on different days. CastForge is for going live. Nexus Optimus keeps a machine fast and shows what the hardware is doing. Undestructable Update Engine is what you run when Windows Update breaks. Each one started as a personal tool and got polished enough to share.
Are these tools free, paid, or both?: A mix. There are no subscriptions for personal use, no recurring nags, and no "free trial that auto-bills." If you pay once for a version, that version is yours.
